Teen Patti Terms and Conditions

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Teen Patti ("we", "us", "the Platform", "teenpatti.vu"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered through the Teen Patti platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Teen Patti platform. Continued use of any feature of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Teen Patti is an entertainment platform. Use of this platform is entirely at your own discretion and financial risk. We do not guarantee that gaming or betting will result in any financial gain.

02 Eligibility & Registration

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any service on Teen Patti. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. Teen Patti takes underage gaming seriously and will close any account where the registered user is found to be below the minimum age. Any balances or winnings in such accounts will be forfeited.

Registration Requirements

To create a Teen Patti account, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, valid contact number, and a working email address. You are responsible for ensuring that all registration information remains accurate. If your contact information changes, you must update your account details promptly.

• Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, or shared IP address.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to operate your account.
• You must not use false identities, assumed names or fictitious information during registration.
• Accounts created by automated means (bots, scripts) are prohibited and will be closed immediately.

Identity Verification

Teen Patti reserves the right to request identity verification from any player at any time. This may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or documentation verifying ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

03 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Teen Patti account, including your login credentials, password and any security questions. You must not share your account details with anyone else or allow any third party to access your account.

• Use a strong, unique password for your Teen Patti account that you do not use elsewhere.
• Never share your one-time passwords (OTPs) received via SMS or email with anyone, including anyone claiming to represent Teen Patti support.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Contact Teen Patti support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Teen Patti will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where that access arose from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. All bets and transactions placed on your account while logged in will be treated as having been made by you unless you have reported a security breach beforehand.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

All deposits on Teen Patti are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We accept deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer and debit or credit cards. Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed, which for mobile wallet payments such as JazzCash and Easypaisa is typically instant.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed at the deposit screen and may vary by payment method.
• You must only use payment accounts and cards registered in your own name. Using payment methods belonging to another person is prohibited.
• Teen Patti does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed once the transaction is processed. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. This is a standard practice to prevent money laundering and to ensure that funds are returned to their original source. Withdrawals are processed in PKR.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown on the withdrawal page of your account.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours; bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• VIP members at higher tiers benefit from faster withdrawal processing and elevated withdrawal limits. See the VIP page for full tier benefits.
• Teen Patti reserves the right to request verification documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the wagering requirements attached to the relevant bonus. Bonus amounts that have not met their wagering conditions cannot be withdrawn.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Teen Patti offers bonuses, promotions, free bets and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the individual offer terms.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are only available to players who have fully registered accounts and, where applicable, have completed identity verification.
• Each bonus promotion will specify a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made from the resulting balance.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the individual bonus terms. Bonuses that expire before their wagering requirement is met will be cancelled along with any winnings generated from them.
• Only bets on eligible game categories count towards wagering requirements. Live Casino and Slot Games typically contribute 100%; sports betting contribution rates vary by market and are stated in each bonus's terms.
• Bonus funds are used after real money funds in your account. You may not withdraw bonus funds until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular play patterns — including placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, systematically exploiting specific games at rates that mathematically clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any form of coordinated abuse — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings. Repeat offences will result in account suspension.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

Teen Patti offers sports betting across cricket (including Pakistan Super League and all international cricket), football, esports, tennis, basketball and other markets. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the platform.

Bet Placement

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled after confirmation unless Teen Patti determines at its sole discretion that a manifest error occurred in the odds or market.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Teen Patti reserves the right to limit, restrict or decline any bet at its discretion without providing a reason.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. There may be brief suspension of in-play markets during key moments of a match (wickets, goals, timeouts) and this is normal operational practice.

Void Bets & Cancellations

Bets may be voided in circumstances including — but not limited to — match abandonment or postponement, incorrect odds resulting from a clear technical error, or events that do not complete under the terms specified by the market. Voided bets are returned to your account balance as stake refunds.

Casino & Live Casino

Casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, fish games and all other games in the casino section — are governed by individual game rules provided within each game interface. All outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or, in the case of live casino, by the physical dealing of cards or spinning of wheels observed in real time via live stream.

Results & Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the decision of Teen Patti is final after internal review. Disputes must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant event settling. After this period, all settled results are considered final and no adjustments will be made.

07 VIP Programme

The Teen Patti VIP Programme rewards active players with six progressive tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Royal. Tier advancement is based on cumulative wagering activity across all eligible products on the platform during a rolling period.

• VIP status is calculated based on real money wagers. Bonus fund wagers may count at a reduced rate as specified in the VIP programme terms published on the VIP page.
• Benefits including cashback rates, withdrawal limits, processing priority and account manager access are determined by your current VIP tier and are updated on the schedule specified in the VIP programme terms.
• Teen Patti reserves the right to adjust, modify or discontinue the VIP programme at any time. Reasonable notice will be provided where programme changes materially affect existing tier benefits.
• VIP tiers are not transferable between accounts.
• Abuse of VIP benefits, including exploiting cashback in conjunction with bonus abuse, may result in removal from the programme.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Teen Patti. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Creating more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players during live casino games or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting or placing bets based on non-public information about sporting events.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, financial crime or any activity that violates applicable laws.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, modify, disrupt or interfere with the platform's software, infrastructure or data.
• Providing false information during registration, verification or at any other point during your use of the platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or offensive behaviour towards Teen Patti staff, support agents or other platform users.
• Exploiting known or unknown software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a bug are not valid and will be reversed.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

Teen Patti reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for account action include suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, failure to complete identity verification, prolonged inactivity, or a voluntary request from the account holder.

Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your Teen Patti account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any remaining real money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal conditions and verification requirements. Unused bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Self-Exclusion

If you wish to take a break from gaming, you can activate self-exclusion from your account settings. Self-exclusion is available for defined periods or on a permanent basis. Once activated, you will not be able to log in or place any bets for the duration of the exclusion. We take self-exclusion requests seriously and process them immediately. Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or gaming activity for a continuous period of 12 months. Teen Patti will make reasonable attempts to contact you before taking any action on an inactive account. If a real money balance remains in an inactive account after a defined dormancy period, administrative fees may apply as specified in our account inactivity policy published on the platform.

10 Privacy & Data

Teen Patti collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that document. Our Privacy Policy covers what data we collect, how it is used, how it is stored and your rights regarding that data.

• We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data collected during identity verification is used solely for the purposes of account security, fraud prevention and regulatory compliance.
• You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you by contacting our support team.

11 Responsible Gaming

Teen Patti is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Online gaming and sports betting are forms of entertainment and should be treated as such — not as a way to generate income or to manage financial pressures. Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit. Limits can be reduced immediately; increases take effect after a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Enable notifications that alert you after a set period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are comfortable losing within a given period.

12 Limitation of Liability

Teen Patti provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available, fast and accurate, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. Planned maintenance, unexpected technical issues or third-party service disruptions may occasionally affect platform availability.

• Teen Patti is not liable for any losses you suffer as a result of your gaming or betting decisions on the platform.
• Teen Patti is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures or any technical problem outside of our direct control that affects your ability to place or manage bets.
• In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds or game outcomes being displayed, Teen Patti reserves the right to void affected bets and restore account balances to their pre-error state.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Teen Patti's aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Teen Patti reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players through a notice on the platform and/or by email to the address associated with your account. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Teen Patti platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure.
